 When you walk in the front door of our house you will see the
stairs and living room to your right, half bath to your left along with the
hallway to the garage and laundry, the family room to your left front, there is
also a closet behind the door on the left for your coats.
Laundry room (7.5ft x 8ft) is located immediately when entering the
house from the garage. The (Whirlpool) washer & dryer are staying with
the house.
You can go upstairs if you'd like now.
Kitchen (17.5ft x 12ft) and breakfast nook, Natural Gas stove
(GE), over stove microwave (GE), Dishwasher (GE),
large side by side refrigerator (GE) with
water and ice dispenser. Other amenities include: 2 Lazy Susan's & tip out sink trays,
tall cupboards.
Family room (14ft x 16ft) is our entertainment room.
Living room (14.5ft x 12.25ft) and formal dining room (11ft x 10ft) are
adjoined
